Chris Conner is both a scientist and a masterful storyteller. He has conducted over 250 interviews and brought insights from marketers, CEOs, and scientists to life, featuring voices as diverse as Nobel Prize winners and a 6-year-old science podcaster. His work captivates audiences by educating, entertaining, and inspiring them. Through his firm, Life Science Marketing Radio, Chris collaborates with thought leaders in the life science industry to transform meaningful conversations into actionable insights.

Susan Garrity Bish is the co-founder and managing partner of Bottom Line Technologies, a consulting firm that has played a leading role in equipping global leaders for success.  She is also the author of Clear, Concise & Compelling: How to Present to Change Minds and Influence Outcomes, a guide that equips readers with the what, why, and how of presenting influentially. Her leadership includes launching three brands and 45 products in the tech sector, guiding corporate culture change, and restoring competitive advantage.

Owen Swift is President of Percorso Life Sciences, where he leads logistics and commercial operations for non-US biotech companies under ISO 9001-certified quality systems. Previously, he founded Swift Scientific, providing sales and consulting services for life science startups and established brands. He also co-hosts Biotech Best Practices, a LinkedIn Live series offering insights on sales and marketing in the life sciences. With an MBA in Marketing and a proven track record in sales leadership.

For over three decades, Peter served as a cornerstone in the commercial and business landscape of New England Biolabs (NEB), achieving a remarkable career trajectory that left an indelible mark on the company. After earning degrees in three different countries, Peter joined NEB as a post-doctoral research scientist in 1987, where his career evolved significantly, leading him to become the Executive Director of Global Business. Peter has greatly contributed to NEB's success and global presence by establishing their marketing, sales and business development departments, along with his work in setting up several international subsidiaries. Peter continues to make a difference by serving on various boards and committees, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to others. He also cherishes his warm and caring family, who have shared in his experiences and supported him throughout his career.

Dr. Paul Avery brings a unique blend of scientific expertise and marketing leadership to his role as a SAMPS Awards judge. Currently serving as Vice President at Biostrata & Supreme Group, Paul leverages his PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Cambridge and a strong background in genetics to bridge the gap between life sciences and effective marketing strategies. With over a decade of experience, including co-founding BioStrata and hosting the Life, Science, and Marketing podcast, Paul has developed a broad understanding of marketing and gained extensive expertise driving impactful campaigns through his agency background.
