UCipher Executive, available to SAMPS members for $89, and non-members for $99, is focused specifically for working professionals and teams, and helps organizations develop more satisfied and productive employees by empowering individuals to find their true identity, natural strengths, and optimal career options. The second format, UCipher Graduate, is designed for 18-28 year olds who are trying to decide a direction and purpose in life or who are entering the workforce and seeking the optimal career.
